I DID IT!! I am so proud of myself! I ran the whole 3 minute time that it said. I surprised myself. Then I walked for a few minutes, and then I had to do two more sets of 90 seconds. I did it and I didn't stop!!!! There was a pain on the left side of my leg and at the beginning both of my legs felt like they weighed 100 pounds each. I kept going. Going I went! Walk, run I went! Sweat dripping, heart pumping, I trotted on. I accomplished Week 3, Day 1! Me - overweight, old, mom, inactive - I did it!! RUN, TURTLE, RUN!!!
